George Stephens serves as the fractional CFO for EVTech through NOW CFO, a full-service finance and accounting consulting firm. He began his career auditing for an international accounting firm in Dallas before transitioning into senior financial roles within public and private transportation and logistics companies. George has led five private equity transactions spanning mergers, acquisitions, and change-of-control events, and brings deep experience in debt management, business turnarounds, and cash flow challenges. He takes a cross-functional approach to finance, building operational KPIs and aligning teams to drive performance.
